    His role:
    Matthias is working for OdooLogic as a freelancer since 2021. Many projects past his desk. He started as a service desk coordinator with responsibility over the service desk organisation, distributing of new tickets, enriching tickets, customer communication and agreements, team management, responsibility over hour administration of the team, odoo upgrades and small developments. After 2 years it became clear that Matthias was more into creating then maintaining. In a joined decision with the company management Matthias decided to become a full time developer at Odoologic / Dutchworld IT Solutions. Now days Matthias is senior python - Odoo developer with some extents to senior Odoo - business consultant. For his 20 years experience as a continuous improvement engineer, the role as partly Odoo - business consultant suits him well too, but as he lives in Poland, becoming a full time business consultant for companies in the Netherlands is not realistic.

    In house:

    Except for external developments Matthias also developed several in house applications, in cooperation with his teammates, that are used on a daily basis. Like an Odoo app to keep track on deployments that are done for customers or several Jenkins pipelines that are used to create Odoo enterprise images ready to deploy at customers, a deployment script used to deploy new versions of apps in staging or production environments for clients with in house hosted Odoo environments, a script that updates an Odoo magior version, using the upgade service from Odoo and deploys it on client servers (like it works on Odoo.sh) or a script that duplicates an Odoo database from a production server to a staging server.

    Server management:

    As Dutchworld IT Solutions / OdooLogic has its own clode servers to host Odoo for customers server management is just part of the job. All servers are managed buy various tools like Grafana (server performance dashboard), Portainer (docker containers), Vaultwarden(passwords), WG-Easy(VPN) and  NPM(Nginx Proxy Manager - to manage url - ip directions and filtering).
