VTU Inventory Customizations

Enhancements to Lots/Serial Numbers and inventory traceability with smartbuttons, landed cost annotations, and end-customer visibility.

What this module does

  • Adds two smartbuttons on Lot/Serial (Inventory → Products → Lots/Serial Numbers):
    • Deliveries: Opens transfers that delivered the lot (core behavior, relabeled).
    • Reserved: Opens all outgoing transfers where the lot is currently reserved, even when reservations come via production steps.
  • Introduces a Landed cost tab on the Lot with fields for amount, currency, and calculation notes (informational).
  • Displays the End Customer on the Lot, propagated from related Shipment/Contract.
  • Improves usability: shows internal Lot ID, makes Company readonly, and uses date widgets for expiry-related fields.

Installation

Install after its dependencies. At minimum, Odoo Inventory and the dependencies listed in the manifest must be available:

  • studio_customization, sale, purchase, product, web, account, stock, product_expiry, dws_gbg_contact_customizations
Note: If your database uses custom Shipments/Contracts, ensure the corresponding modules are installed so the End Customer and Shipment fields are meaningful.

How to use

View reservations

  1. Go to Inventory → Products → Lots/Serial Numbers.
  2. Open a Lot and click Reserved.
  3. You will see all outgoing transfers that currently reserve this lot.

Add landed cost notes

  1. Open a Lot and switch to the Landed cost tab.
  2. Enter the total amount, select the currency, and add calculation notes.

VTU Voorraad Aanpassingen

Verbeteringen aan partij- en serienummers en voorraadtraceerbaarheid met smart buttons, toelichtingen op de kostprijs en zichtbaarheid van de eindklant.

Wat deze module doet

  • Voegt twee smart buttons toe aan Partij/Serie (Voorraad → Producten → Partij/Serienummers):
    • Leveringen: Opent de overdrachten waarmee de partij is geleverd.
    • Gereserveerd: Opent alle uitgaande overdrachten waar de partij momenteel is gereserveerd, zelfs als reserveringen via productiestappen verlopen.
  • Introduceert een tabblad Totale kosten op de Partij met velden voor bedrag, valuta en berekeningsnotities (informatief).
  • Toont de Eindklant op de Partij, doorgegeven vanuit de gerelateerde zending of het contract.
  • Verbetert de bruikbaarheid: toont interne partij-ID, maakt Bedrijf alleen-lezen en gebruikt datum-widgets voor vervalgerelateerde velden.

Installatie

Installeer na de afhankelijkheden. Minimaal Odoo Voorraad en de in het manifest vermelde afhankelijkheden moeten beschikbaar zijn:

  • studio_customization, sale, purchase, product, web, account, stock, product_expiry, dws_gbg_contact_customizations
Let op: Als uw database gebruikmaakt van aangepaste Zendingen/Contracten, zorg er dan voor dat de bijbehorende modules zijn geïnstalleerd, zodat de velden Eindklant en Zending zinvol gevuld worden.

Gebruik

Reserveringen bekijken

  1. Ga naar Voorraad → Producten → Partij/Serienummers.
  2. Open een partij en klik op Gereserveerd.
  3. U ziet alle uitgaande overdrachten die deze partij momenteel reserveren.

Kostprijsnotities toevoegen

  1. Open een partij en ga naar het tabblad Totale kosten.
  2. Voer het totale bedrag in, selecteer de valuta en voeg eventueel berekeningsnotities toe.

Ulepszenia partii/numerów seryjnych i identyfikowalności zapasów dzięki inteligentnym przyciskom, adnotacjom o kosztach nabycia i widoczności klienta końcowego.

Co robi ten moduł

  • Dodaje dwa inteligentne przyciski w widoku Partia/Numer seryjny (Magazyn → Produkty → Partie/Numery seryjne):
    • Dostawy: Otwiera transfery, w ramach których dostarczono partię.
    • Zarezerwowane: Otwiera wszystkie transfery wychodzące, w których partia jest obecnie zarezerwowana, nawet jeśli rezerwacje pochodzą z etapów produkcji.
  • Wprowadza zakładkę Koszty nabycia na Partii z polami dla kwoty, waluty i notatek do kalkulacji (informacyjnie).
  • Wyświetla Klienta końcowego na Partii, pobieranego z powiązanej przesyłki/kontraktu.
  • Poprawia użyteczność: pokazuje wewnętrzne ID partii, ustawia firmę jako tylko do odczytu i używa widgetów daty dla pól związanych z wygaśnięciem.

Instalacja

Zainstaluj po zainstalowaniu zależności. Wymagany jest co najmniej moduł Odoo Magazyn oraz zależności wymienione w manifeście:

  • studio_customization, sale, purchase, product, web, account, stock, product_expiry, dws_gbg_contact_customizations
Uwaga: Jeśli Twoja baza danych korzysta z niestandardowych przesyłek/kontraktów, upewnij się, że odpowiednie moduły są zainstalowane, aby pola Klient końcowy i Przesyłka były poprawnie wypełnione.

Sposób użycia

Widok rezerwacji

  1. Przejdź do Magazyn → Produkty → Partie/Numery seryjne.
  2. Otwórz partię i kliknij Zarezerwowane.
  3. Zobaczysz wszystkie transfery wychodzące, które obecnie rezerwują tę partię.

Dodawanie notatek o kosztach

  1. Otwórz partię i przejdź do zakładki Koszty nabycia.
  2. Wprowadź łączną kwotę, wybierz walutę i dodaj notatki do kalkulacji.
