📦Module: Product Customizations

Welcome to the user manual for the dws_product_customizations module. This extension adds specific functionalities to product management within Odoo, particularly focused on technical specifications, external references, and improved audit capabilities.

1. New Product Fields

Several new fields have been added to the product form to record technical information and external references.

Field Name Description Notes
Prodin Reference A unique reference number that links with the Prodin system. This field must be unique throughout the system. Duplicate values are not allowed.
Technical Drawing Reference The reference number of the technical drawing. Used to quickly find the correct revision of a drawing.
Latest Rev. Tech. drawing Ability to upload the actual technical drawing file (e.g., PDF). Saves the file directly with the product.
Report Category A selection list to categorize products for specific reporting. Select the category here if applicable.

2. Changes & Tracking (Audit Log)

To gain better insight into who modifies important data, the "Chatter" (the log at the right or bottom of the product) has been expanded.

Note: Every change in the fields below is automatically recorded with the user's name and the timestamp.
  • Product Name: Changes in the description are logged.
  • Sales Price (List Price): Price adjustments are directly visible in the history.
  • Cost Price (Standard Price): Changes in the cost price are tracked.
  • Prodin & Technical References: Changes to these new key fields are also recorded.

3. Variant Management

The fields Prodin Reference and Technical Drawing Reference are designed to handle product variants intelligently:

  • When you set this reference on the Product Template (main level), it is automatically propagated to the variants if there is no specific override.

📦Module: Product Aanpassingen

Welkom bij de gebruikershandleiding voor de module dws_product_customizations. Deze uitbreiding voegt specifieke functionaliteiten toe aan het productbeheer binnen Odoo, met name gericht op technische specificaties, externe referenties en verbeterde audit-mogelijkheden.

1. Nieuwe Productvelden

Op het productformulier zijn diverse nieuwe velden toegevoegd om technische informatie en externe referenties vast te leggen.

Veldnaam Omschrijving Bijzonderheden
Prodin Referentie Een uniek referentienummer dat koppelt met het Prodin-systeem. Dit veld moet uniek zijn in het hele systeem. Dubbele waardes zijn niet toegestaan.
Technische Tekening Referentie Het referentienummer van de technische tekening. Wordt gebruikt om snel de juiste revisie van een tekening terug te vinden.
Laatste Rev. Techn. tekening Mogelijkheid om het daadwerkelijke technische tekening-bestand (bijv. PDF) te uploaden. Slaat het bestand direct op bij het product.
Rapportage Categorie Een selectielijst om producten in te delen voor specifieke rapportages. Selecteer hier de categorie indien van toepassing.

2. Wijzigingen & Tracking (Audit Log)

Om beter inzicht te krijgen in wie belangrijke gegevens wijzigt, is de "Chatter" uitgebreid.

Let op: Elke wijziging in onderstaande velden wordt automatisch geregistreerd met de naam van de gebruiker en het tijdstip.
  • Product Naam: Wijzigingen in de omschrijving worden gelogd.
  • Verkoopprijs: Prijsaanpassingen zijn direct zichtbaar in de historie.
  • Kostprijs: Wijzigingen in de kostprijs worden bijgehouden.
  • Prodin & Technische Referenties: Ook wijzigingen in deze nieuwe sleutelvelden worden vastgelegd.

3. Varianten Beheer

De velden Prodin Referentie en Technische Tekening Referentie zijn zo ingericht dat ze slim omgaan met productvarianten:

  • Wanneer u deze referentie op het Product Template (hoofdniveau) instelt, wordt dit automatisch doorgezet naar de varianten als er geen specifieke afwijking is.

📦Moduł: Dostosowania produktu

Witamy w instrukcji obsługi modułu dws_product_customizations. To rozszerzenie dodaje specyficzne funkcjonalności do zarządzania produktami w Odoo, szczególnie skoncentrowane na specyfikacjach technicznych, referencjach zewnętrznych i ulepszonych możliwościach audytu.

1. Nowe pola produktu

Do formularza produktu dodano kilka nowych pól w celu rejestrowania informacji technicznych i referencji zewnętrznych.

Nazwa pola Opis Uwagi
Referencja Prodin Unikalny numer referencyjny łączący z systemem Prodin. To pole musi być unikalne w całym systemie. Duplikaty nie są dozwolone.
Nr rysunku technicznego Numer referencyjny rysunku technicznego. Służy do szybkiego odnalezienia właściwej rewizji rysunku.
Ostatnia rew. rys. techn. Możliwość przesłania pliku rysunku technicznego (np. PDF). Zapisuje plik bezpośrednio przy produkcie.
Kategoria raportu Lista wyboru do kategoryzacji produktów dla konkretnych raportów. Wybierz kategorię, jeśli dotyczy.

2. Zmiany i śledzenie (Audit Log)

Aby uzyskać lepszy wgląd w to, kto modyfikuje ważne dane, rozszerzono sekcję „Chatter” (dziennik po prawej stronie lub na dole produktu).

Uwaga: Każda zmiana w poniższych polach jest automatycznie rejestrowana wraz z nazwą użytkownika i znacznikiem czasu.
  • Nazwa produktu: Zmiany w opisie są rejestrowane.
  • Cena sprzedaży: Korekty cen są bezpośrednio widoczne w historii.
  • Cena kosztowa: Zmiany w cenie kosztowej są śledzone.
  • Referencje Prodin i techniczne: Zmiany w tych nowych kluczowych polach są również rejestrowane.

3. Zarządzanie wariantami

Pola Referencja Prodin oraz Nr rysunku technicznego zostały zaprojektowane tak, aby inteligentnie obsługiwać warianty produktów:

  • Gdy ustawisz tę referencję w Szablonie produktu (poziom główny), jest ona automatycznie przenoszona do wariantów, jeśli nie ma specyficznego nadpisania.
