This module is designed to meet phytosanitary requirements for exporting Plant Passport–regulated (PPD) products to the United Kingdom. It extends standard Odoo functionality with specific data fields and reports required for customs declarations and invoicing.

1. Extended Product Fields

The following fields are added to the product page to comply with export requirements:

• Country of Origin: Mandatory field indicating the product’s origin.
• EPPO Code: Link to the official EPPO code for plant identification.
• Intended for end users: Checkbox indicating the intended use of the product.
• Packaging type: Selection field for the packaging type.
• Quantity type: Selection field defining the quantity unit.
• Controlled atmosphere container: Checkbox indicating container type.

2. EPPO Code Management

• Introduces a new object “Product EPPO Code” to manage an EPPO code database.
• Upon installation, the database is automatically populated with a default list via a post_init_hook.
• Users with the appropriate rights (Stock Managers) can manage the codes via Administration > EPPO Code.

3. CSV Export for UK Customs

• Adds the report action “Export CSV UK” to deliveries (stock.picking).
• Generates a CSV file aggregating product data from selected deliveries based on HS code and species.
• Smart data validation: Before generating the report, the system checks whether all required fields are completed.
• If data is missing, the process is not blocked. Instead, an activity is created on the relevant delivery with a clear error message and a direct, clickable link to the product that requires correction.

4. PDF EXPINV Report

• Adds the report action “PPD UK EXPINV” to deliveries.
• Generates a commercial invoice in PDF format tailored for exports to the UK.
• The report includes all relevant batch and product information, including prices and weights.

Usage

Generating reports:

1. Navigate to Inventory > Operations > Transfers.
2. Select one or more deliveries.
3. Click Print and choose one of the following actions:
   • Export CSV UK: To download the CSV export file.
   • PPD UK EXPINV: To generate the PDF invoice.

Op de productpagina worden de volgende velden toegevoegd om te voldoen aan de exportvereisten:

• Land van oorsprong: Verplicht veld voor herkomst van het product.
• EPPO Code: Koppeling naar de officiële EPPO-code voor plantidentificatie.
• Bedoeld voor eindgebruikers: Selecteerievak voor het doel van het product.
• Type verpakking: Selecteerievak voor de verpakkingssoort.
• Type hoeveelheid: Selecteerievak om de eenheid van de hoeveelheid aan te geven.
• Controlled atmosphere container: Selecteerievak voor containertype.

2. EPPO Code Beheer

• Introduceert een nieuw object 'Product EPPO Code' voor het beheren van een database met EPPO-codes.
• Bij installatie wordt de database automatisch gevuld met een standaardlijst via een post_init_hook.
• Gebruikers met de juiste rechten (Stock Managers) kunnen de codes beheren via het menu Administratie > EPPO Code.

3. CSV Export voor de Britse Douane

• Voegt de rapportage-actie "Export CSV UK" toe aan leveringen (stock.picking).
• Genereert een CSV-bestand dat productdata van de geselecteerde leveringen aggregeert op basis van HS-code en soort.

• Het rapport bevat alle relevante partij- en productinformatie, inclusief prijzen en gewichten.

Gebruik

Rapportages genereren:

1. Navigeer naar Voorraad > Bewerkingen > Verplaatsingen.
2. Selecteereer één of meerdere leveringen.
3. Klik op Printen en kies een van de volgende acties:
   • Export CSV UK: Voor het downloaden van het CSV-exportbestand.
   • PPD UK EXPINV: Voor het genereren van de PDF-factuur.

1. Rozszerzone pola produktu

Na stronie produktu dodawane są następujące pola w celu spełnienia wymagań eksportowych:

• Kraj pochodzenia: Pole obowiązkowe określające pochodzenie produktu.
• Kod EPPO: Powiązanie z oficjalnym kodem EPPO do identyfikacji roślin.
• Przeznaczone dla użytkownika końcowego: Pole wyboru określające cel produktu.
• Typ opakowania: Pole wyboru rodzaju opakowania.
• Typ ilości: Pole wyboru jednostki ilości.
• Kontener z atmosferą kontrolowaną: Pole wyboru typu kontenera.

2. Zarządzanie kodami EPPO

• Wprowadza nowy obiekt „Product EPPO Code” do zarządzania bazą kodów EPPO.
• Podczas instalacji baza danych jest automatycznie uzupełniana domyślną listą za pomocą post_init_hook.
• Użytkownicy z odpowiednimi uprawnieniami (menedżerowie magazynu) mogą zarządzać kodami poprzez menu Administracja > Kod EPPO.

3. Eksport CSV dla brytyjskiej służby celnej

• Dodaje akcję raportu „Export CSV UK” do dostaw (stock.picking).
• Generuje plik CSV agregujący dane produktów z wybranych dostaw według kodu HS i gatunku.
• Inteligentna walidacja danych: Przed wygenerowaniem raportu system sprawdza, czy wszystkie wymagane pola są wypełnione.

• Dodaje akcję raportu „PPD UK EXPINV” do dostaw.
• Generuje fakturę handlową w formacie PDF dostosowaną do eksportu do Wielkiej Brytanii.
• Raport zawiera wszystkie istotne informacje o partiach i produktach, w tym ceny i wagi.

Użytkowanie

Generowanie raportów:

1. Przejdź do Magazyn > Operacje > Przesunięcia.
2. Wybierz jedną lub więcej dostaw.
3. Kliknij Drukuj i wybierz jedną z następujących akcji:
   • Export CSV UK: Pobranie pliku CSV.
   • PPD UK EXPINV: Wygenerowanie faktury PDF.
