
Coperitas develops, implements and manages software for multinationals involved in price transfers and taxation. They have grown rapidly and were looking for a solid solution that could grow with their future needs.
In just two months, they went live with Odoo Projects, Timesheets and Invoicing, and in 2023 they also started using Subscriptions and Helpdesk. Thanks to the focus on standard solutions, the implementation went very smoothly and they successfully migrated to Odoo 16, and the beginning of 2025, they migrated to Odoo 17.
The Odoo environment of Coperitas is mostly standard Odoo with some small customisations in, accounting, pdf report layouts, sales and timesheets. All of these are gathered in one custom module which is created and maintained by Matthias on behalf of Odoologic.
Born from Experience
At Coperitas they understand the struggles of transfer pricing because they’ve faced them theirselves. Coperitas was born from the growing TP compliance burden that kept professionals tied up in manual work and repetitive tasks. Companies were either drowning in paperwork or paying hefty fees for external consultants. This left teams overworked and understaffed, and it made them feel less passionate about their work. There wasn’t a great solution out there, so they created one. To help tax teams with these challenges they came up with Coperitas.
